Terms of Use Agreement.
Last updated: July 5, 2026 • For Freelance Creative Engineering & Graphic Design
1. Creative Scope & Deliverables
All design mockups, visual identity assets, interactive prototypes, and production codebases are custom-built to match the agreed project brief. Any additions or features requested beyond the initial specifications will be treated as scope expansions and may incur supplementary milestone adjustments.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon receipt of final milestone payments, full intellectual property and source code ownership are transferred to the Client. I retain the perpetual right to showcase final digital visual designs, interactive websites, and screenshots within my professional design portfolio and promotional case studies.
3. Client Feedback & Iterations
Design and web development require close coordination. Standard projects include designated revision loops (typically up to 3 major iterations) within defined review windows. If feedback is delayed beyond 7 business days without notice, timelines will be adjusted, and the milestone may be marked as complete.
4. Financial Milestones & Retainers
Project execution begins upon receipt of a non-refundable commencement retainer (typically 30–50%). Remaining installments are linked directly to milestone approvals (such as design sign-off, staging build, and production deployment). Delayed payments may suspend development active cycles.
5. Limitation & Post-Handoff Support
While I implement rigid security standards, clean semantic styling, and robust code architectures, I am not liable for outages caused by third-party hosting, browser updates, external APIs, or client modifications post-launch. Standard handoffs include 30 days of active bug-monitoring support.
